I led design and production across both channels, building a modular content library in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline email execution while developing print-ready direct mail in multiple formats. Messaging, timing, and creative were intentionally coordinated so each channel reinforced the other—driving cohesive, scalable donor engagement.
